Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo2 Yuke's Team Orange #4 #5

What originally started as a simple project to learn Illustrator quickly snowballed into this duo of modernized liveries.
The original plan was to simply recreate in vector form the Yuke's lion (which is incredibly difficult to find as a ready to use resource) from the 2006 Team Orange Subaru Impreza to learn Illustrator's basics. The amount of references I went through to make sure it was as accurate as possible lead me to also recreate the Team Orange logo and a few variations of the Yuke's logo because, at that point, I might as well, right? And from there it became "well, why not put it to use too?"

And so here I am. I adapted the livery while taking liberties to make it fit the Lamborghini Huracan and I modernized and/or replaced brands that would not make sense on this car, in GT World Challenge or simply today.

For example the New Japan Pro Wrestling logo becomes All Elite Wrestling due to Yuke's selling NJPW in 2012 and now developing AEW games. Technora becomes Teijin Aramid as Teijin does not seem to use its product lines as brands any more. Exit Yokohama as SRO does not allow direct competitors of its sponsors to sponsor competitors. And so on.
The Yuke's logo does not get updated due to the current one not fitting the aesthetic. (and I'm already probably breaking all sorts of branding guidelines with the turquoise logos on the white car so what's one more infraction? If it looks cool I'm allowed to, I've decided.)

Yuke's Team Orange vector resource pack

A collection of Team Orange logos and decals vectorized by Aenore

A collection of Team Orange logos and graphics based on the 2006 Yuke's Team Orange Subaru Impreza. I did my best to source what appeared to be good references to base myself on but still had to improvise a bit, notably on the lion graphics.
I'm not sure where the grey thingy (left, middle row) decal comes from but I had it amongst the rest so I vectorized it as well.
If you happen to possess good references that could be used to improve this resource pack feel free to contact me by email or through social media!

Another modernized replica of a design from the 1990s: the Roock Racing Porsche! I have done this one before in the past on the 911 RSR GTE but it was a 1:1 replica of the original 993 GT2. This time I wanted to make it look contemporary just like the earlier Pilot Racing Ferrari 296 GT3.
Unlike the Pilot Ferrari which even back in its time had a design that was clean and that left space for almost all logos to breathe; the various 993 GT2 Roock liveries specifically Did Not Do That. Now don't get me wrong I think that approach has a lot of charm but unless done on purpose like on many drift designs, it's not exactly seen as professional nowadays - nor does it conform to many brand guides. So that was the main challenge here: keeping this charm while designing something that is in line with today's standards.

A modernized replica of the Pilot Racing Ferrari F40 LM. The goal was to adapt the design to a modern car while updating it to be contemporary. For this one this meant not only updating the various logos to their current iterations but also the Pilot graphics. While the only aesthetic change on the Hi-Tecpoint V5 pen is its logo, Pilot's lineup of pen changed quite a bit since this car raced in the 1990s! I decided to feature the Frixion (top), the Acroball (middle) and the G-2 (bottom).
The red livery is based on the car's first livery before being entered for Le Mans by Pilot Aldix Racing.

Notes:
- requires Custom Shader Patch for full functionality, notably hiding the IMSA LED panels (they will still be visible in showrooms as those do not use the ext_config file)
